New Patient Visit

Before any treatment can be booked, you must first be medically cleared by Dr. Leadford. This is a quick FaceTime with her. No need to be in office, can book this online appointment and complete from the convenience of your phone. After this is complete, you may book any treatment you would like. There is no charge for this appointment.
